Consignor Agreement Terms
1. The Consignor hereby warrants, represents, and attests that he/she is at least 18 years of age, is the sole owner of all goods consigned to B2B Wedding Ltd. Co., (hereafter Bride to Bride) and has the legal right to enter into this Consignment Agreement, and that the goods are saleable and/or free and clear of liens, loans, legal proceedings, or other ownership encumbrances.2. Bride to Bride reserves the right to decline any items that do not fit the scope of the store or are not deemed in sellable condition.3. The consignment period for décor will be 90 days. The consignment period for dresses, apparel and accessories will be 180 days.4. The consignment will be a 60/40 split. Once an item sells, either at full or discounted price, the Consignor will receive 40% of the selling price and Bride to Bride will retain 60% of the selling price.5. Bride to Bride reserves the right to determine the actual selling price of all items. Every effort will be made to fairly price and profitably consign items based on a number of factors including condition, quality, brand name, and market price.6. The Consignor agrees that any item consigned to Bride to Bride may be displayed whenever and wherever Bride to Bride chooses.7. The Consignor will be paid by check after consignment period is over, or all items sell, whichever comes first. It is the responsibility of the consignor to contact Bride to Bride for payment.8. If the Consignor wishes to pick up item(s) before the end of consignment period, according to dates in Bride to Bride’s software, a $7 fee will be assessed to cover effort and materials adding to system/store. 9. The Consignor acknowledges that Bride to Bride maintains liability insurance coverage only. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of items consigned with Bride to Bride, however, items are left at the consignor’s risk. The Consignor acknowledges that Bride to Bride is open to the public and is not responsible for any loss due to damage, theft, or natural disaster.10. It is the responsibility of the Consignor to notify Bride to Bride of any change in contact phone number or address.11. It is the responsibility of the Consignor to know when the consignment period expires. Bride to Bride will NOT contact consignor at end of term. Upon expiration of the consignment period, the chosen action below will be instituted by Bride to Bride under the following conditions: _____ Pick up: Consignor agrees to pick up items within 7 days of conclusion of consignment term. Consignor will be responsible for pulling all remaining items off of the sales floor and checking out with a Bride to Bride associate. Bride to Bride will provide consignor with a list of all items remaining for pick up. Please notify Bride to Bride 5 days prior to pick up date. Any item(s) left for more than seven (7) days after the end of the consignment period will be considered abandoned and become the sole property of Bride to Bride and may be sold, discounted, disposed of, or donated to any charity of choice. _____ Donate: Items will be donated to Bride to Bride and will become sole property of Bride to Bride. Donated items may be sold, discounted, disposed of, or donated to any charity of Bride to Bride's choice.
We require you to fill out a list of items you have brought in on the day of consignment*
We do not accept consignment on Saturdays, and ask that any items brought in of more than 1-2 boxes is done so before 4pm Monday-Friday. Any packaging that items are brought in becomes the property of B2B when consigning.
Any item that is brought in that is deemed unsellable due to damage, staining, odors or age will be discarded immediately without contacting the consignor. Please look through all linens, vases, clothing etc. to ensure there is no debris or stains before bringing to Bride to Bride.
