Consignor Agreement Terms
1. The Consignor hereby warrants, represents, and attests that he/she is at least 18 years of age, is the sole owner of all goods consigned to B2B Wedding Ltd. Co., (hereafter Bride to Bride) and has the legal right to enter into this Consignment Agreement, and that the goods are saleable and/or free and clear of liens, loans, legal proceedings, or other ownership encumbrances.2. Bride to Bride reserves the right to decline any items that do not fit the scope of the store or are not deemed in sellable condition.3. The consignment period for décor will be 90 days. The consignment period for dresses will be 180 days.4. The consignment will be a 50/50 split. Once an item sells, either at full or discounted price, the Consignor will receive 50% of the selling price and Bride to Bride will retain 50% of the selling price.5. Bride to Bride reserves the right to determine the actual selling price of all items. Every effort will be made to fairly price and profitably consign items based on a number of factors including condition, quality, brand name, and market price.6. The Consignor agrees that any item consigned to Bride to Bride may be displayed whenever and wherever Bride to Bride chooses.7. The Consignor will be paid by check after items have sold. Bride to Bride will not issue checks more than once per month per consignor.8. If the Consignor wishes to pick up item(s) before the end of consignment period, according to dates in Bride to Bride’s software, a $7 fee will be assessed to cover effort and materials adding to system/store.9. The Consignor acknowledges that Bride to Bride maintains liability insurance coverage only. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of items consigned with Bride to Bride, however, items are left at the consignor’s risk. The Consignor acknowledges that Bride to Bride is open to the public and is not responsible for any loss due to damage, theft, or natural disaster.10. It is the responsibility of the Consignor to notify Bride to Bride of any change in contact phone number of address.11. It is the responsibility of the Consignor to know when the consignment period expires. Upon expiration of the consignment period, the consignor has seven (7) days to pick up any unsold items. You must notify us at least five business days in advance that you are coming to retrieve your unsold item(s), so that we have time to pull items and document withdrawal.
